Thanks so much for agreeing to speak at the Northern California Grey Sheet Round Up.

In the spirit of GSA's 12th Step, "To carry this message to other compulsive eaters," we record the speakers and some breakout sessions and make the audio files available on our website.

The audio files are password-protected to help protect the anonymity of the speakers, but are meant to be shared with any compulsive eater who might benefit from hearing the message.

We will not record anyone without permission. If you don't want to be recorded, that's fine. You don't even have to say why. Just check the appropriate option below.
